Portabuild specialize in the design and construction of relocatable buildings. Portabuild are based in Christchurch and Auckland. While located in the two largest population centers Portabuild can offer a nationwide service.

Portabuild offer a full range of relocatable buildings for sale or hire, they include offices, lunchrooms, ablution systems, sleep-outs, and accommodation dwellings. Our standard sizes range from 1.8 x 1.8 guard house to 8.5 x 4.0 cottages with one bedroom. Other popular sizes for sale and hire include 3.6 x 2.4, 4.8 x 3, 6 x 3, 9 x 3 and 12 x 3. We will also customize build to your requirements.

Portabuild have also supplied permanent classroom buildings to the Ministry of Education nationwide amongst other specialty buildings such as dust free electronic rooms used in telecommunications to offering a sterile environment to the health industry.

Our buildings are constructed using insulated polystyrene panel and come ready to use. Electrical and plumbing components are fitted to our standard range and many optional extras can be added on demand. The use of polystyrene panel insures the buildings are well insulated to keep you warm in winter.

Portabuild can offer a one stop shop from sale to delivery including council consents where required, engineering, if needed and site preparation can be quoted and provided.
